Homemade Lasagna

Me and my friends; Dita and Ferina went to Bella's place today. And we made a Homemade Lasagna for our lunch yay! I'm gonna share the steps :)

You will need   :
6 sheets of lasagna

(For Bolognaise sauce)
1/2 onion, chopped
- 150 lean ground beef

- 1/2 oz can tomato paste
- 200 g chopped tomatoes
- 1 1/2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- a teaspoon of oregano
- chopped parsley

(For cheese sauce)

- 60g butter (depends on how much you add flour)
- 250ml milk
- a teaspoon of salt
- 50g shredded cheddar cheese
- an egg

Here are the steps!
- Firstly, cook lasagna sheets in saucepan. Stir often to prevent from sticking and be sure that water remains at a boil during the entire cooking to prevent noodles from sticking. You can add a little salt. Then, drain in colander.

Bella's kitties are distracting Dita while she is peeling off the carrots, they wanna join us maybe?

Ferina the Chopper

-For the bolognaise sauce : heat oil in the frypan then add the grounded beef. Wait till it's browned and add the rest of Bolognaise sauce ingrendients. Stir it

- For the cheese sauce : melt butter in frypan, stir in flour gently. Pour milk, stir constantly until smooth and thickened. Add remaining cheese sauce ingrendients (except egg), stir over heat until cheese melts. After that, switch off stove. Wait until it removed from heat then add the egg. Stir it smoothly again.
- Apply butter in the bottom of baking dish. Arrange 3 lasagna sheets. Then ladle in bolognaise sauce, spread evenly to the edges of baking dish. Repeat it to the next layer.
- Sprinkle the top with shredded cheese
- The last, pour the cheese sauce evenly over the top.

- Bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
Ready to bake!

We also made Blended Vanilla Latte! It's simple, just blend up Vanilla Latte instant powder, ice cubes and water altogether and add whipped cream on the top. Nyumm :9
